This is just the first suit. No one invited these vultures. They invited themselves. Other suits could appear. This is easy pickings since the Company has already announced their guilt. This first firm is just using press releases issued by the Company which point to the guilt. Nothing more. It didn't take much homework on thir part. Remember : These vultures probably never even heard of S3 before November 3 !!! So what do they really know.
