Don't attack bi-partisanship. Clinton was very good at it. Kerry is good at it. Real leaders should be good at it. Bush is terrible at it. Bush can't even work with moderates in his own party. Nor can he work with our traditional allies overseas. We need to return to a govermment which can work with people.

Let's not be like the rightwingers. If we take back congress, then let's work with Republicans and get things done. That was the way Thomas Jefferson wanted our government to work. The reason things are so nasty and corrupt these days is that Rove's whole strategy is to divide, smear, cheat and conquer. But that's not going to work anymore.
