An interesting point seen on today's Business World

An interviewee pointed out that the doubt may be cast on the 200 Million Oz figure instead of the widely accepted 70 millions. This reasonably explained that the "rumor" may be both true and legitimate and be caused by "miscommunication".

Any comments?

After this rumor is cleared up and COW issued next week, I believe there will be a nice upside to expect.
