I have, for the last 20 or so years, believed Israel had developed confidence in its ability to single-handedly knock down any Iranian threat; obviously better with American support, but viable on its own. I was a little surprised a couple weeks ago when some news came out suggesting Israel believed Iran was beyond stopping at this point. But I also questioned whether it could be in such a position.

Would Israel have allowed Iran to come to this point without some decision to take out that out that capacity before it reached a point of no return? Or were they just trying to see if there were any way to move Biden to give the matter due consideration?

DO you think Israel believes at this point a nuclear Iran is truly beyond the point of no return?
