Robert - Re:"Will the K6 impact Intel in any manner? The quote in this release was rather curious: "We will start marketing the product (K6) anytime in the first quarter of 1997," he said. Does he mean sending out marketing literature or actually SELLING devices? Judging by AMD's stock performance, somebody must be assuming that the K6 is ready to be sold and start generating revenue for AMD. But, I have seen no status reports to corroborate this. Well, I guess Cyrix is late again to the party with their new (M2) chip. Paul
