aj, he's six years old, he can't read his own language much less english ... as for freedom, few six-year-olds have that in my experience ... at this point we would be boring him anyway, i was estimating the time by which he might have the understanding to comprehend a portion of the ramblings of this group, as well as the access to the net. .. answering your question as if you had put in the 'no' between 'has' and 'free', as i think you meant to do ... Unregulated net access for cubanos would open the world to them ... they have now nothing like the freedom of the net that we enjoy ... one thing people could do to help would be to write every representative of Cuba possible asking why the access of their population is so controlled ..... i doubt that it will be for many more years, there is a smell of change in the wind.
