Kumar, in the case of a sale such as this, NTAP would not go after any back payments. What they require is a full one time use license fee then, if the customer wishes, an annual support contract beginning after the one time license fee is paid. Til the license fee is paid, the customer is breaking the law by even booting the machine and using it to store data.
