The criminal case against Donald Trump in NY has collapsed.

Both prosecutors have resigned, they have stopped, leading to the conclusion the chief prosecutor doesn't have confidence the case should move forward. The worker bees are unhappy and left.

The Tish James case is still active but she has no ability to prosecute a criminal case; she can only sue for civil damages -- and this should be much harder to win now that the criminal case is gone.

Trump has won another round, it would appear, and once again it is apparent that what he has survived was a witch hunt.

This doesn't directly affect the Tish James witch hunt, but it is a civil case and cannot invoke criminal charges. It is reduced to "How much cash can we hold Trump up for?" I think this horrid woman got a couple million in nuisance value lest time she highway-robbed him on the charitable contributions.
