Rrufff, toxic financing has really never been a bone of contention with "us" as opposed to "them." As I keep saying, I consider that leveraged, not naked, shorting anyhow. I also do feel strides have been made in this area (remember how prevalent Reg S used to be?). But, again, semantics aside, there's mutual agreement so we should all just put that form of shorting aside.

As I wrote to Bobo, whether you come at this from the "Shut the Crazies Up" point of view vs. the "Tell the World Loudly" standpoint, it's up to the DTC to come to the plate. Hopefully they'll do so at my conference. Wishful thinking, I suppose, but if both sides apply pressure instead of insulting each other then perhaps it just might happen.
