Just look at the revenues and EPS for the big cap techs 5 years ago and today...they surely don't dictate the crash and burn of 2000. I can see big cap tech coming out of this recession with a vengeance in a year or two. Like others have said, it's been a decade long flat spot for the likes of CSCO, MSFT, INTC, ORCL.
