You're right, scammers who intentionally lie and cost people money (it's called robbery) in the financial world get off lightly. White collar crime is rarely prosecuted but if you rob a bank with a water pistol you get 20 years. WHoever started the Lu rumor should be in jail. Cost many people millions. Lu was/is the most widely held stock in the world. There should be a cell reserved for him instead of the guy growing the grass plants. Who's he hurting? (okay maybe the tax man if he grows enuf and sells it but that's all)
