sneaky MMs.. just dropped bid on QPRC from .045 to .043 with a buy at .048 of 9,000 ; they are trying to test the waters to see if they can bring in some sellers.. not me.. not after buying yesterday at .056 and .06 jim ps.. missed NYRR at 1.10 ; might bounce.. but probably only 10% or so. hard to say
