FYI, ethanol can be made from things like switch grass, which grows all over the country, and yields more corn per bushel than corn because you use the whole plant. Since it grows all over the country, you can make your fuel all over the country. It's perfectly feasible, and even Bush himself has mentioned it as a possibility.
