I will try Toshiba USA but I think they are going to say you have to get it from Toshiba.ca. The Canadian division.

There could be a retailer I could order it from, this way I will get a US layout keyboard. Will check it out.

Could be warranty issues. May void the warranty buying a model for sale only in the USA.
