I doubt seriously that they would want to intentionally blow up any nuke plants......Maybe as a last resort in a major war / denial of area type of weapon.... I think Pooootin is praying for the West to get involved in a major way..... I think he is trying to entice the West to attack..... Maybe then Nuclear power plants start getting blown up....Scorched earth exit policy, as Pooootin's ladies drag their sorry asses back home....
