The March 2000 print issue of Smart Money Magazine has a Roger Lowenstein article calling for the sale of INTC, DELL and MSFT, all for slowing PC growth.

"...But revenue [world PC, past four years] rose by the same percentage as in the U.S. - 37 percent - about what you'd expect from a new detergent, not from a sizzling technology product..."
