As reported previously, the SEC has granted us permission to file one Consolidated Report for the fiscal years 2003-2007. Our priority is to become a fully reporting company before the end of August 2007. In order to meet this goal, the company has hired temporary internal financial personnel and hired two outside accounting firms to assist in the preparation and filing to the SEC. A Chicago based firm is working directly with us to format the data generated into an SEC acceptable consolidated format and will provide advice and technical support as well. The completed package will then be sent to the independent Massachusetts auditing firm who will review the information and ultimately submit it to the SEC for filing. We are currently making good progress internally with both firms, and fully expect to meet the filing deadline.
