I think you are wrong on the date of that agreement, but I'll check it out anyway. I agree that Intuit would not work with M&I unless the could do so legally. The press release stated "exclusive major integrated", so it depends how "major" is defined in the contract.
In any case I think the point of the contract was to keep CheckFree in and TP out.
