Yeah, from what I read and heard, NK, during the last couple of years, has adopted a somewhat flexible economic policy, although I won’t go that far to say that they are going to follow the China’s model. I guess maybe part of it. In late 70s when China just started the economic reform, NK tried to start an ideological "war" by calling China "Revisionism", a word used by China on ex-Soviet Union in early 60s. And now 20+ years, they can see the result.
