Kadyrov is the Chechen dictator (president or whatever), supposedly a big supporter of Putin - showing off vehicles captured from the Ukraine’s military. Likes them a lot, very happy to have them. Calls the opposition “Satans” who insulted the Prophet and are against Muslims - and calls the operation a “great Jihad”. Kind of funny, in a wild-ish sort of a way.

Below is another tweet by the same author, not nearly as funny - claiming that Russia will win “at any cost”.
