Shege, Your comment about SWRT possibly not being focused enough nor capable of broadening the product line is one of the most astute comments I've seen. That's certainly a potential risk of that company. I also agree with you that it is only natural that as front office software becomes more and more the desires of companies, they will want enterprise-wide solutions that address all elements of the front office rather than just segments of it. Yes, I am aware of the recent forays of Siebel and Remedy though I'm not sure what the trend will be for those companies. Do you feel they are on a course to offer the entire gamut, or do you feel that their recent additions to the product line were intended to add focus to existing products? Lastly, thanks for your opinion that no company is vastly technologically superior to another. Thanks for joining in on the discussion.
