Redbird Gold Corp - $50,000 property payment made Redbird Gold Corp RBD.A Shares issued 24429860 1997-08-25 close $0.13 Tuesday Aug 26 1997 Mr Ronald McKeown reports The company has made a $50,000 property payment in respect of its King Bay, Ontario property, pursuant to its option agreement with Wahlex Limited and is organizing a drilling program on this property to commence on or about September 10 1997. In addition, the company is negotiating with nine of its major creditors to accept common shares of the company for outstanding debts at an issue price of $0.25 per share. Dr John Wahl has resigned as president and director but remains as the company's exploration manager, and Mr Donald (Mac) Fraser has resigned as a director to pursue his affiliation with Adex Mining. The company is not aware of any material changes or other circumstance relating to the business and affairs of the company that could be contributing to the recent changes in the trading volumes of its shares listed on the ASE.
