RW: I'm adding more to the fund. According to our local BEE business section, the Japanese are coming out of Postal CDs in the next 5 yrs. and the accent is now on stock funds for their average boomer citizen instead of savings deposits. Their postal savings rate, the highest in the world, doesn't pay diddily squat and their brokerage firms are finally getting the message across that mutual funds can produce bigger returns. I think Japan is on the verge of a bigger and better home economy as confidence returns from their dark ages to the level where we were at least 10 yrs. ago. We'll see. Angler
