I don't think they can get back on the Toronto as the cost is too too dear with the new rules. we may be able to go Toronto by the year end though ourselves. I don't think the new promoter has any plans for right away. Besides he can cavort a lot more on the OTC. Why go VSE and ask for trouble? EC<:-}
