I think it has to do with the JV with JDS Uniphase, the high flying fibre optics company. It raises the a lot of possibilities including being acquired.

Here is the story. It just did not hit all the newswires. That could be the reason for a delayed response to the news. What a move today!! I got my chance to use this story to make a purchase.
