I was able to dig up the following on the Kennecott Corporation: Address: Kennecott Corporation 8315 W. 3595 South Magna, UT 84044 Phone: 801-252-3000 Fax: 801-252-3135 CEO: B. D. Farmer CFO: R. P. Johnson HR: D. M. Svartezina The company itself, from my understanding, originated as a copper mine and has diversified from there. They have been very active in the mining industry in Canada, as a financing partner for what they consider to be plays with serious potential. The company has been involved in base metal, precious metal, diamond and now uranium projects and are obviously hoping to be able to collect a diversified basket of production capable properties.
