That's just it. There is no take over or buy out yet. The NR read in part, "agreed to enter into lock-up agreements and to tender their shares to a formal takeover bid for 100 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares of Shearhart to be made by Midnorthern for a purchase price of $1.65 per share payable in cash.". I'm still gonna ask around to see how it's going. I'll post what I find out. I don't even know what a lock-up agreement means. Perhaps someone can explain it for me?
