There is a distinct and clear difference between opinion and libel...

I can say you are ugly. That may be just an "opinion"

However, if I say you are ugly, and you are a model, and my statement adversely effects you're earning potential or dissuades some one, an investor or business, from being interested in you, that is more than opinion, that is libel..

Please note the exact words and inferences used by Mr. Kramer..

It is one thing to ask what is the business plan?
And ask additionally do you know what you're investing in?

It is something entirely different to conclude that the company is
"...Struggling or substanceless..." based on a thread participant's ability to give or not give me an adequate reply especially to a question I really should get answered elsewhere.

I've invested in your company because I believe not only in its
potential, but because of what it has already achieved.

I do not intend to let the likes of Charles Kramer undermine the faith
of my or anyone else's investment in your company, Rare Medium.
