General labour strike in Sudbury enters month 6. Noranda ownership up to 55%. Mines being highgraded by skeleton staff crew and equipment degenerating. Suspect there's a method to this madness and Falconbridge will structurally change in a major way in the future. Don't see good things for the Sudbury mining division. The smelter and it's environmental permits which has been seperated as a seperate division within the company is probably still an asset. There's a behind the scenes agenda here no doubt that is not being presented forthrightly. This may be a very dicey investment right now.
