Meadows,

The writing has been on the wall for quite sometime as to the plans of John Simmonds. I completely agree that the Brinks and Time Warner deals are such small potatoes as to not warrent exitement. Acqusitions, now that is where the money is and to do this a secondary offering is essential. I simply can't believe that Lehman Bros has been brought on board for the kind of rinky-dink things that have happened so far. Bottom line is this<my position increased once again yesterday.
