Anytime. In this situation, we have very little to fear. NNYG files reports and has a transparent TA. All we have to do is call the TA to make sure we aren't getting killed. This kind of a situation throws fear right out the window. Anyone can buy in, and then monitor their investment by talking to the CEO and calling the TA. IMVHO, the best way to fly.
