What's the investment theses for this company? According to Yahoo, it has 247.47 shares outstanding, with cash on hand of 39.41k (yes, thousand), and trades for $0.07. I am always interested in new ideas, but I've never seen an under-capitalized company, without reasonable professional pedigree, accomplish anything. Can you cite a biotech with similar characteristics to NNBP (in the past 15 years) that flourished with a similar circumstance. I guess I worry that SI biotech boards might eventually harbor more of the beyond-speculative fantasies that never reach fruition.
