If I was going to sell 10,000 shares on such a thin stock, it
seems to me that I'd try to sell 1,000 at a time so as to not
drop the price.

Clearly without revenues or another cash infusion, the
company's long term viability is suspect. However, in
terms of share price, the stock is a buy. The risk is
mitigated by the low valuation. In your best case
scenario of a takeover, the shares should appreciate
significantly from this level.
