I try to post whatever info I come across on any company with a Brazil play. I don't feel that the thread would be useful if I presented only selected info.

You are correct. I had indicated that I had been warned about BSW's management. That does not mean that I agree. But when I'm doing my due diligence, I personally like cautions because it forces me to look closer and deeper. There may be nothing to it. It may be a personal grudge or slight. But if there's any validity then, hopefully, the dd will turn it up and I will have been save a potentially bad investment.

Thanks for the elaboration on BSW's results. Good luck with BSW.
