You seem to have a good fix on what's going on here. My sources indicate 4th quarter earnings of $0.12 to be announced in a couple of weeks. Also news coming soon re: PEC about closing Arkenol deal, distribution contracts and date for IPO.
Was also told that a respected Wall Street firm spent three days at KNIC and Lou will be visiting Paine, Webber and Smith, Barney this week.

If any other KNIC posters here have views on this please post them for all to see. From my perspective, the action in KNIC over the past couple of months is highly suspect and particularly so in the past week. Also look at the market makers that were involved.
The Barrons article regarding these offshore financings was timely, but the action in KNIC in the face of the article should cause the SEC to want to have a look at KNIC trading.
