You may be right, but for the moment, Morgan has a non-negotiable piece of paper in his hands. If the certificate has been cancelled, the shares will never clear to effect ANY transaction with regard to those shares.

Those shares are titled, as I understand it, to PRTI. Morgan says there are no ties to PRTI. Puhr, since he has nothing anymore to do with PRTI has no power of attorney to assign those certificates to anybody.
