Hey Rick!!! This is a matter for SHAREHOLDERS!! Which you are not!!, The next time theres' a meeting for lunatic, disgruntled ex-employees who play on the University computers all day instead of getting on with their lives....we'll call you and stand on the sidelines! your arrogance, to think your opinion matters when you have not 1 share, ..Bug-off!!!.....IMO, This whole deal is to side-track us from the BT deal.....the Citicorp promise, etc,etc......Why is there a need for reverse split AND dilution of shares!??? This co. is a joke, What we need is a spike so we can sell this dog!! WHERE IS THE BT ANNOUNCEMENT!? WHERE IS THE CITICORP CRAP INGRID SAID WAS ALREADY ANNOUNCED BY CITICORP!?, ......ISN"T EVERYBODY SICK TO DEATH OF RICK, SICK TO DEATH OF CCEE?
