JUPITER, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 10, 1998--Eutro Group Holding Inc. (NASDAQ Electronic Bulletin Board:EUTO) is pleased to announce they have successfully concluded negotiations for a consulting agreement with Cypro Environmental Group Inc. (Cypro).
Cypro is a conglomerate of environmental and diagnostic companies that will create a synergistic effect on the whole. The companies currently making up Cypro are Bio-Analytic Laboratories Inc., CSI Environmental Inc. and The Scientific Edge Inc.
Bio-Analytic Laboratories Inc. produces a full line of in-vitro reagents and markets them to diagnostic labs throughout the world. CSI Environmental Inc. provides safe expeditious and affordable regulated waste management disposal services, consulting and training. The Scientific Edge Inc. provides services in the areas of industrial hygiene, indoor air quality and environmental chemistry.
The combining of all the above into one company makes for a formidable competitor, whose projected first year revenues will be in excess of $5 million.
Eutro will receive for its management and consulting services $750,000 compensation in cash and stock.
