Bush claimed Saddam was an immediate threat who could not be differentiated from Al Qaida, that he had huge stockpiles of WMD and that he was trying to build nuclear bombs. Cheney went on to lie further, claiming Saddam was months away from acquiring nuclear weapons and that he had his intel agents meet with Atta in Prague. All total BS and he knew it.
