Really. This is causing me pain. At Stanford, even people who major in the Science of Hardware and Software need a slightly better grip on the language.

You appear to have tuned in very late. The private placement story is quite clear, at least as far as WellRich is concerned. AZNT hired them to find leads. They referred these leads to AZNT. AZNT sold said leads stock. And, up to a point, paid WR commissions. They they stopped. Mike, as we know, doesn't really like to pay people. WR got pissed off. Why not?

Now why aren't you asking about the NEW private placement?
