Eutro Group Holding Inc. Appoints Brad Wilkenson as Secretary/Treasurer at Board of Directors Meeting
JUPITER, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 26, 1998--Eutro Group Holding Inc. (NASDAQ Electronic Bulletin Board:EUTO) announced Wednesday that a meeting of its board of directors was held on July 21, 1998, during which Brad Wilkenson was appointed as Secretary/Treasurer of Eutro Group Holding Inc.
On Aug. 25, 1998, during a special meeting of the board of directors, they unanimously approved Wilkenson's appointment as a member of the board.
Wilkenson's previous position was vice president of Marketing and Investor Relations.
His first order of business in his new position is to examine the accounting procedures and compile the financial statement which will be required by the regulatory changes.
