Last time A$ND dropped to 38 I sold my CIEN to buy it. (Nothing wrong with CIEN, just couldn't pass up more A$ND under 40). Maybe this time I will sell my A$ND and buy back CIEN. Who knows... Here was my rationale BTW for selling CIEN to buy A$ND techstocks.com
