I liked the fact they put up a response. Its a good start. I read Novell's response to MSFT. They need to keep doing this. They should have their PR people runs this response by the press and get feedback. Then they should retune their response using a good copy editor to make it pithy and succinct. I also like Marengi's interview. At least I now know Marengi can think about new products for new markets. If he keeps this up he might actual stumble into a vision for the where the company is headed or should be headed. Best of luck.
