Hmmm.... Bill of rights gives protection to officials to speak their mind publicly. It has nothing to do with bitching about others behind their backs anonymously. This creates bad atmosphere. This should not be confused with bill of rights... I am all for people disagreeing with the impending iraq war. I will also be vocal about the fact that some of these folks disagree because of fear and others because of principle. The latter is understandable, the former not...
