I would like to thank everyone for their help on my printer problem. I am sorry that it took me so long to get back to you but I had the phone call you know the one that says come into work on Saturday not only Saturday but the day of the Alabama Auburn Game. Well I am back. This is where I am so far. I got my printer back working and one of 3 problems happened. I disconnected my printer from my scanner and then it worked right. Any ideas? Also I knew that there was a printing in progress but I could not stop it. I did everything you are supposed to do to stop it and it would not stop. So I deleted my printer out and reloaded my software. Third I notice that my ink is a little lighter so I probably need to buy another cartridge. Man those things are high. Thanks to all Lamar
