yes, i still own CAU. have actually added a bit in the wake of the FN announcement. it's highly speculative, but the Montana problem could still turn into a surprise windfall for CAU. imo their chances for a favorable court ruling are quite high as far as i can judge the situation from afar.

i also agree that NEM looks good at these prices...at least for a first third.
