Tony, Just to help you out, LGND picked up in activity as I put up the last post. Volume went up 100,000 (from 200,000 to 300,000) shares and since it started just after 11:30, the time tick on the bottom is a convenient marker. Big boys were active as shown by trades of 10,000; 10,000; 30,000; 25,000; and 30,000. Instead of the price going from bid to ask from trade to trade, there was one one trade at the bid price (16) in that 10 minute time frame, while all other trades were at 16 1/16 (the ask price). In spite of the heavy duty buying, the price didn't budge. |
