Naw, that hit the PR news wire an hour before the stock moved. Besides, that's a non-event compared to the CNNfn-Intuit deal, which didn't move the stock quite as dramatically. No, I'd say somebody knows something on the street (or thinks they do). Who's left to do a deal on the Internet with Intuit? Excite is their sole search engine partner, now CNNfn is their news partner. MSN? Netscape? AOL? Tune in next week.
