my guess is that it will be even more undervalued, becuase of its aggressive acquisition strategy. About news on 6/8, I think that is all speculation at this point. Don't try to time news releases, it will just drive you crazy. If you believe this company is undervalued, as I do, just hold it and don't worry about it.
