They’ll think of something. Maybe they’ll make a deal about having restrictions on the types of weapons allowed in the areas in question - or, in Ukraine in general. By now, Europe knows that Russia takes their security very seriously. They would keep the deal.

As I think about it, seem to recall that no foreign military presence was already part of the Minsk agreements.
